01 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the wagr777 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis. By creating an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the conditions set out below.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any game or betting market on wagr777. This requirement is absolute and admits of no exception. wagr777 operates a strict 18+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practice. Players who are found to have registered while under the age of 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance — including real-money deposits — forfeited, without recourse.

Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladesh authority. 2.3 Capacity and Authority

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh. 03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of services offered by wagr777, you must complete the registration process via the wagr777 Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and for updating that information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one wagr777 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wagr777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate any balances at its discretion, and void any wagers placed across those accounts. Abuse of welcome bonuses via multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will be treated accordingly.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account. wagr777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

Your registered name, mobile number, and payment method details must be consistent with one another. The mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits must match the details registered on your wagr777 account. Discrepancies between your wagr777 registration details and your payment method details may result in withdrawal requests being delayed pending KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wagr777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount via MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit via card (Visa, Mastercard) is ৳1,000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although your individual MFS provider may impose daily transaction limits that are outside wagr777's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the associated funds returned to their source, less any applicable MFS transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case wagr777 will contact you to agree an alternative. The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name and must match your wagr777 registration details.

wagr777 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for MFS methods during operational hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing timeline. These are target times and not contractual guarantees; processing may be delayed where KYC verification is outstanding or where a security review is in progress.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Where a player attempts to withdraw funds that include unconverted bonus funds, the bonus portion will be removed from the withdrawal amount and the wagering requirement reset accordingly.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

wagr777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion.

Bonuses are issued at wagr777's sole discretion. wagr777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already credited to active player accounts subject to wagering in progress.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following standard wagering conditions apply to all bonuses credited to wagr777 accounts:

• The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms page.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for that bonus. Bonus funds that have not been converted within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Bets placed at minimum odds thresholds specified per promotion count toward wagering. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not count.

5.3 Abuse and Fraud

wagr777 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements (such as matched betting or arbitrage across opposite outcomes); and coordinated play among related accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, wagr777 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any winnings derived from that bonus, and permanently close the associated accounts.

5.4 Seasonal and BPL Promotions

wagr777 operates promotional campaigns tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions in the Bangladesh calendar. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the platform at the time the promotion is live. Past promotions do not create an expectation or obligation for equivalent future promotions.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the wagr777 platform — including live dealer games, slots, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The rules governing each game are embedded within the game interface itself and are the authoritative rules for that game. In the event of a technical dispute arising from a casino game, the records held by the game studio's server shall be considered the definitive record of play.

wagr777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, studio updates, or technical reasons. No compensation is payable for the temporary unavailability of any game title.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on wagr777 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), as well as selected football, kabaddi, and other markets. Betting rules applicable to each sport and market type are published within the sports betting section of the platform.

Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the relevant event. In-play bets are accepted during the event, subject to market availability. wagr777 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time, including after a bet has been placed, in the event of irregular betting patterns, event cancellation, or information asymmetry.

6.3 Void Bets and Settlements

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account in the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time; the market on which the bet was placed is declared void by the wagr777 trading team following a pricing error or data feed failure; or the bet was accepted in error at manifestly incorrect odds.

All bet settlements are final once confirmed in your account transaction history. Disputes regarding settlements must be raised with wagr777 support within 14 days of the relevant settlement date. No disputes will be considered after this period.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a game round or a sports betting market — including but not limited to server failure, data feed interruption, or random number generator error — wagr777 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return all stakes to the relevant players. In no circumstances will wagr777 be liable for winnings that would have been generated but for a technical malfunction.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Obligations

By using the wagr777 platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep that information updated.
• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Not access or attempt to access any area of the platform for which you are not authorised.
• Comply with these Terms in full at all times during your use of the platform.
• Notify wagr777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wagr777 platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in registering duplicate accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform's games or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption in relation to any sporting event on which wagr777 offers betting markets.
• Laundering funds or using the platform in connection with any criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed anomalies for profit — commonly known as "advantage play" in the context of manifest errors.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software.
• Using another person's payment method or account details to deposit or withdraw funds.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by wagr777

wagr777 reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached these Terms or any other policies applicable to your use of the platform.
• A security concern relating to your account requires investigation.
• KYC verification is outstanding and wagr777 requires documentation before continuing to provide services.
• Suspicious transaction patterns have been identified on your account.

During any suspension period, access to the platform and to your account balance will be restricted. wagr777 will aim to communicate the reason for any suspension within a reasonable period and to resolve the matter promptly.

8.2 Closure by wagr777

wagr777 may permanently close your account where any of the grounds for suspension (above) are confirmed following investigation, or where you have been found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct described in Section 7. Upon permanent closure for cause, any balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with the finding — where funds are determined to be legitimately yours and untainted by prohibited conduct, they will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable charges.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your wagr777 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, wagr777 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method and close the account within 5 business days. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. 09 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

wagr777 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain the availability of the platform on a 24/7 basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. wagr777 will not be liable for any loss of access or loss of opportunity to place wagers arising from platform downtime.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wagr777's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. wagr777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment.

9.3 Third-Party Services

wagr777 integrates third-party game studios, payment processors, and data feed providers. wagr777 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, including but not limited to game studio technical failures, MFS payment processing delays, or sports data feed errors. Where a third-party failure affects your wagr777 account, wagr777 will work in good faith with the relevant provider to resolve the matter but cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeline.

9.4 Player Decisions

All wagering decisions are made solely by the player. wagr777 does not provide advice on how to bet, which games to play, or how to manage a gambling budget. The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generators or by live dealer processes, and wagr777 does not influence outcomes. All losses incurred from wagering are the player's own responsibility.

10 Amendments to These Terms

wagr777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — wagr777 will provide notice of the changes via the platform's notification system or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the wagr777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure via [email protected] before the effective date of the changes.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in third-party provider branding — may be made without prior notice.
